Emily Andrews
Diveen, Michelle and Cat are excellent pilates teachers - ensuring that every class is tailored to a wide variety of needs and levels. They are all highly experienced practitioners who genuinely care about their clients. Diveen's practise is based on physiotherapy - particularly useful for those with back and neck problems. Michelle and Cat have dance backgrounds so their teaching often focuses on improved flexibility and strength. I would recommend them all for thoughtful teaching, improved core strength, stamina and flexibility.
Amelia
I regularly attend Cat's Pilates class. I'm postnatal and she has been brilliant at modifying exercises for every individual and their current needs. Her instruction allows me to feel safe in the moves I do while also feeling the effects of a good workout after!
I have never found an instructor who knows the anatomy like Cat does. She is an expert in her field, while also being a lovely approachable person. I thoroughly enjoy her classes and can't recommend her enough.
Emily Hayter
I've been doing pilates with these teachers for about a year now and would really recommend this studio! Pilates is helping me strengthen core stability and prevent old knee and back injuries from flaring up--it's a great complement to the other sports I enjoy and also a good way to keep back/neck/shoulders healthy while working from home. I appreciate that Precise Pilates offers different levels, so you can work hard and really feel it but also focus on technique. I know the teachers can support a wide range of levels and needs. Thanks for all the great classes!
